The owner and staff were very helpful and friendly and bent over backwards to make my stay as comfortable as possible. They even stocked the bar with the drinks I liked 😀 Room was generous, light airy and spotless. Air con worked like a boss, super hot water with pressure, massive TV, spotless linen and the most comfortable pillows ever. View from the private balcony was gorgeous looking across Patong bay. At night you see the city lights and fireworks from your balcony. The 7/11 is at the foot of the hotel’s driveway so super convenient and there were tons of restaurants close by. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Thanks so much!

Beautiful hotel, so peaceful and welcoming. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. The location is also great, it's close to everything but away from the loud evening noise in patong. The beds were sooo comfortable and possibly the best hotel pillows we've ever had. I would definitely stay here again! The walk up the hill to the hotel from the main road is quite steep, but it got easier after doing it a few times. If not Taxi was super cheap.

Positives: -the view from the room and balcony overlooking the town and bay is beautiful, v tropical -the shampoo and conditioner provided is good quality -the hotel pool and bar is great -the floating breakfast is incredible -its a very quiet resort away from the insanity of patong, but still walking distance -the staff are v friendly -the room air con is strong and cold - much needed! Negatives: -the hill which you have to walk to get to the resort is unbelievably steep. I couldnt walk it in shoes and had to walk barefoot for fear I'd slip. Only some taxis will attempt it - others which know it, won't do it. It is a very drastic incline - like a ladder sort of angle. I thought other reviews had exaggerated the steepness when I read the reviews prior to booking, but no, it is very very steep. You will not be able to do it if you have any accessibility requirements. You must be physically fit. -the shower is not in a cubicle and the bathroom is a wet room, which I'm not a fan of, but others may like

The hotel is outside of noisy Patong streets so it's always calm atmosphere there. The service is perfect, they clean rooms daily, reception is always there to assist. Swimming pool is not large but it is not crowded, I was always comfortable there. The room was spacious, all rooms there have balcony and seaview (we were at 1st floor, with seaview, maybe only ground floor doesn't). They offer laundry services at reasonable prices. They provide drinking water. Thank you so much for everything, we had a nice stay!

Overall a really great stay, person running the hotel was great really helpful, area has power issues which did effect our room on the day we arrived but he was great letting us know and keeping us updated on fault getting rectified.

Sea Hills Resort is a hidden gem! I am so happy I found it. The hill climb is an adventure but part of the charm. I stayed on the third floor and the beautiful views from the room are so worth it. The pool and bar area are super relaxing, the staff were attentive, and food was delicious.

The hotel has a great location, conveniently close to the beach, the town center, and Malin Plaza. It's a peaceful and relaxing environment, and the staff are incredibly helpful and attentive

The manager upgraded us to a bigger room with the most stunning view. It’s very spacious, clean and feels as if you are not in Patong which is the best thing ever.

Great location if you dont want the rush of Patong. The hosts, Phil and Lisa were warm and helpful throughout. Nice view of the ocean from the top floors.
